Wrinkled skin Skin is a very important part of a human body, it carries out various functions. It not only allows one to feel, touch or sense but also helps in guarding us from various environmental disorders thus it is important that it should be taken care of.

Parts of body that are more exposed; such as hands, face and feet are more likely to suffer tans and skin damage. More exposure to the atmosphere causes more ultraviolet rays and chemicals to attack the open skin resulting in damaged and saggy skin.

It is not necessary that people who are old have damaged skin; youngsters with various diseases can also have dry or spoiled skin. Obesity, liver diseases, heart diseases, nutritional deficiency, cold climates and skin allergies are various diseases which can attack people at young age also leaving them with wrinkly and decayed skin.

Obesity or high weights can cause blood pressure problems furthermore increasing the chances of heart attacks too which result in aging of the skin regardless of the age of the person.  Controlling weight can help in overcoming many diseases moreover, making your skin shinier and fresher.

It is a fact that people living in colder areas have more flushed cheeks; the reason behind it is that cold weather destroys the blood vessels within the skin causing broken blood vessels to appear on the surface of the skin. That is why many dermatologists recommend using cold creams in winters as they are specifically designed to carry out the functions required by the skin of a human being during low temperatures.

In order to keep oneself up to the mark, one should take in loads of water and food items that contain vitamins as it helps to lessen up the rashes formed up on the skin by dryness or allergy. In most cases skin should be kept moist by the use of moisturizers or sun screeners, for people with sensitive skins; do not use any cream without the advice of your doctor as it may result in further worsening of the skin.

Aging skin is nothing to be worried about; through proper care you can look younger than the people your age. It’s never too late to start caring about yourself, no matter if you’re black or white; everyone deserves a chance to feel youthful and complimented again!
